Bhatta Munshi

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Bhatta Munshi, a brick kiln management application operated by Ignivex Solutions, handles personal and business information.

Effective date: August 12, 2026 Last updated: August 12, 2026

At a glance: We use data to provide and secure Bhatta Munshi’s account, workforce, production, inventory, order, vehicle, notification, and financial-record features. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

1. Who this policy applies to

This Privacy Policy applies to the Bhatta Munshi mobile application, its related API, and the administrative services used to operate it (together, the “Service”). “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Ignivex Solutions, the developer and operator of Bhatta Munshi.

Bhatta Munshi is designed for brick kiln owners, administrators, managers, employees, contractors, drivers, customers, and other people whose records are managed by an authorized organization. An organization using the Service may decide which records are entered and who may access them. Questions about records created by your employer or kiln administrator may therefore also need to be directed to that organization.

2. Information we collect

Category Examples Why it is used
Account and identity Name, email address, phone number, user role, profile image, address, CNIC/national identity number when entered, organization/kiln assignment, supervisor relationship, and account status. Account administration, identity and access management, profiles, workforce records, and support.
Authentication Password in hashed form, login tokens, password-reset details, and information returned for Google or Apple sign-in, such as verified email and provider account identifier. Sign-in, account security, password recovery, and session management.
Business and financial records Ledgers, payments, advances, wages and settlements, income, expenses, sale and order amounts, discounts, balances, fuel costs, and related notes. Core bookkeeping, payroll-like settlement, order management, reporting, and record reconciliation.
Operational records Brick production and stock, plots, soil purchases and transport, vehicles and vehicle numbers, drivers, fuel, customers, orders, dates, quantities, statuses, and internal notifications. Operate and synchronize the Service, coordinate work, maintain inventory, and produce business reports.
Photos and files Profile images, camera or gallery images, receipts, and other files a user chooses to upload or share. Provide profile, record attachment, receipt, download, and sharing features.
Technical and security data IP address, request time, API route, authentication status, error and diagnostic information, and similar server logs generated when the Service is used. Deliver the Service, diagnose faults, prevent abuse, and protect accounts and systems.

Most information is supplied by you or an authorized administrator at your organization. Some operational information is generated as users perform actions in the Service.

3. Device access and local storage

Depending on your device and the feature you choose, Bhatta Munshi may request access to:

  • Camera and photos/files: only when you choose to capture, select, upload, save, or share an image or document.
  • Storage: to save generated receipts or reports and support file features on Android versions where storage permission is required.
  • Network state and internet: to connect to the Service and synchronize records.
  • Notifications: to display app-related alerts where supported and permitted.

You can deny or revoke device permissions in system settings. The affected optional feature may then be unavailable. The app also keeps a local database and preferences for offline/responsive use and stores the login token in protected device storage. Local app data is normally removed when app data is cleared or the app is uninstalled, subject to the operating system’s backup behavior.

Bhatta Munshi does not request precise or approximate device location, contacts, call logs, SMS, microphone access, or the Android Advertising ID for its current features.

4. How we use information

We use information only as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide, maintain, synchronize, and improve the Service;
  • authenticate users and enforce role-based access;
  • manage kiln operations, personnel, customers, orders, inventory, vehicles, fuel, payments, and accounts;
  • generate reports, receipts, ledgers, and notifications requested through the Service;
  • respond to support, privacy, security, and deletion requests;
  • detect, investigate, and prevent errors, misuse, fraud, or security incidents; and
  • comply with applicable law and enforce our agreements.

We do not use personal data for targeted advertising, and we do not sell or rent personal data.

5. When information is shared

Information may be disclosed only in the following circumstances:

  • Within your organization: authorized administrators, managers, and other role-based users may see records needed for their work. Some records may identify employees, customers, contractors, or drivers and may appear in ledgers, receipts, and operational reports.
  • At your direction: when you use a system share sheet or another sharing feature, the selected content is sent to the app or person you choose. Their handling of it is governed by their own privacy practices.
  • Service providers: hosting, database, file-storage, email-delivery, and infrastructure providers may process information for us under appropriate restrictions. Google and Apple process sign-in information when their sign-in option is used.
  • Legal and safety reasons: where reasonably necessary to comply with law or a valid legal request, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or secure the Service.
  • Business change: as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or transfer of the Service, subject to appropriate notice and protection.

We do not share personal or sensitive user data with advertising networks or data brokers.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. These include authenticated API access, role-based controls, hashed passwords, access-token revocation, protected on-device credential storage, and encrypted network transport for the production Service. Access should be limited to authorized personnel and users with a business need.

No storage or transmission method is completely secure. Users should protect their credentials, keep devices secured, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

7. Data retention

We retain account information while the account is active and retain business records for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain the organization’s legitimate accounting and operational history, resolve disputes, secure the Service, and meet legal obligations. Password-reset codes are short-lived, and active access tokens are revoked on logout or account action where applicable.

When information is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period. Backup copies may remain for a limited period until they are overwritten. Some financial, transaction, security, or audit information may be retained when required by law, necessary to prevent fraud, or needed to protect the rights of other users or the organization; where feasible, it will be isolated and used only for that purpose.

8. Account and data deletion

You may request deletion of your Bhatta Munshi account and its associated personal data even if you no longer have the app installed. Because accounts and business records may be administered by a kiln or employer, we may need to verify your identity and coordinate with the relevant authorized administrator before completing the request.

How to submit a deletion request

  1. Email ignivexsolutions@gmail.com with the subject “Bhatta Munshi Account Deletion Request.”
  2. Include the name, email address or phone number used for the account, and the name of the associated kiln/organization.
  3. We will contact you if limited additional information is required to verify the request and will process a valid request within a reasonable period.
Request account deletion

What happens after a valid request

We will delete or de-identify the account profile, authentication credentials and tokens, uploaded profile content, and other personal data linked solely to that account. Information in shared business records may be deleted, anonymized, or retained in a restricted form where it is necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, or other users’ legitimate records. We will explain any material retention that applies to the request.

Deleting the mobile app does not delete server-held account data. Clearing the app’s data or uninstalling it removes local data according to the device platform’s behavior.

9. Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law and the organization responsible for your records, you may ask to access, correct, export, restrict, object to the processing of, or delete personal information. You may update certain details in the Service or ask an authorized administrator to do so. You may also revoke optional permissions in device settings and sign out to revoke the current session token.

To exercise a privacy right, contact us using the details below. We may verify your identity and authority before acting. You may also have the right to complain to the data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.

10. Children’s privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required in a user’s jurisdiction. We do not knowingly allow children to create accounts. Organizations must not create accounts for children. If you believe a child’s personal information has been entered, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.

11. Third-party services and links

Optional Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple are governed by Google’s and Apple’s respective privacy terms. Content shared from Bhatta Munshi to another application is governed by that application’s terms. The Service may also link to external resources; this policy does not control independent third-party services.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Service, law, or our data practices change. We will publish the revised policy at this URL, change the “Last updated” date, and provide additional notice in the Service when a change materially affects users’ rights or the handling of personal data.
